Once your request is processed, your account will be permanently deleted and you will no longer be accessible to the account or be eligible to use this site or place orders for additional products or services. The Pluto Studio, Inc. ("The Company") reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions, along with any referenced policies or additional terms, at its sole discretion and at any time. This right is exclusive to The Pluto Studio, Inc.

When changes are made, the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the revision. These changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Upon processing your request, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be eligible to use this website or place new orders for products or services. However, deactivation of your account will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for any jobs already completed or currently in production.

The Pluto Studio, Inc. may, at its discretion, choose to notify you of changes to the Terms and Conditions through additional communication channels, such as email, in addition to posting updates on this website. However, the use of such additional notifications on one or more occasions does not create an obligation for the Company to do so in the future. Such electronic communications will be legally enforceable as if they were signed physical documents. Production Turnaround Time

The Pluto Studio, Inc. offers production turnaround times based on the product selected. Unless specified otherwise during your order, the standard turnaround time for the relevant product will apply, and associated charges will be billed accordingly.

Turnaround times do not include shipping time. The estimated delivery date combines the selected turnaround time and shipping time. Once an order is placed, the selected turnaround time cannot typically be changed, and charges will not be refunded.

We provide a range of turnaround times for your convenience, depending on the product ordered. The options available for each product will be displayed during the order process. Below are the general turnaround options offered:

  • Same Day Turnaround (where available): Production-ready orders received and confirmed by 10:00 a.m. will be ready for pickup or shipping by the end of the same business day. Orders confirmed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed the next business day. Same-day turnaround is available for quantities up to 500. These orders may be printed on digital presses.
  • Next Business Day: Production-ready orders received and confirmed by 10:00 a.m. will be ready by the end of the next business day. Orders confirmed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed as if received the following business day.
  • Next Day Plus 1: Production-ready orders received and confirmed by 1:00 p.m. will be ready by the end of the second business day. Orders confirmed after 1:00 p.m. will be processed as if received the following business day.
  • 2-4 Business Days: Production-ready orders received and confirmed by 1:00 p.m. will be ready between the second and fourth business days.
  • 5-7 Business Days: Production-ready orders received and confirmed by 1:00 p.m. will be ready between the fifth and seventh business days.
  • 7-9 Business Days: Production-ready orders received and confirmed by 1:00 p.m. will be ready between the seventh and ninth business days.

Important Notes:

  • Turnaround times for jobs deemed not production-ready (e.g., those requiring order confirmation or adjustments) will only begin once the order is approved/confirmed and ready for production.
  • If you choose group shipping, at least one additional day may be added to your selected turnaround time.
  • Pickup is available for select items, and pickup hours will be shown on the pickup slip.
  • Limited local delivery via UPS Ground may be offered for certain addresses. Eligibility for local delivery will depend on your location and availability, which will be displayed at checkout.

These production turnaround times are designed to provide flexibility while ensuring the timely delivery of your orders. Please contact our support team at customer.service@theplutostudio.com for any questions regarding your order.

Order Confirmation

The Pluto Studio, Inc. requires customers to submit a finalized order confirmation to initiate the production process. Turnaround times will only begin once we receive and acknowledge your order confirmation. This order confirmation serves as your formal approval of the content and layout, and it is your responsibility to ensure its accuracy before submission.

The Pluto Studio, Inc. does not review, proof, or make changes to customer-submitted order confirmation forms. Once the order confirmation form is received, we will proceed with production exactly as submitted. By providing the order confirmation form, you agree that you are fully satisfied with the layout, content, and overall design, and you accept full responsibility for any errors or omissions. The Pluto Studio, Inc. will not be held liable for issues such as:

  • Spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors
  • Incorrect layout, cropping, or bleed areas
  • Transparency issues, overprint, or damaged fonts
  • Misalignment of cut lines, fold lines, or die lines
  • Incorrect sizing or other design inaccuracies

If a proof is needed for verification before submitting the order confirmation form, it is the customer’s responsibility to request one as part of the order process (if available for the selected product). Proofing requests may delay the production process, and turnaround times will only commence once the proof is reviewed, corrected, and the final order confirmation form is submitted.

For this reason, we recommend thoroughly reviewing your order confirmation form to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission. Please contact us at customer.service@theplutostudio.com if you have any questions about the order confirmation process.

Over/Under Runs

The Pluto Studio, Inc. strives to deliver the exact quantity of products ordered; however, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% more or less than the requested quantity. This standard industry practice ensures efficient production while maintaining quality.

If receiving a precise minimum quantity is critical for your needs, we recommend adjusting your total order quantity to account for the potential of an under-run. For further assistance or guidance, please contact us at customer.service@theplutostudio.com.

Payment

All prices and dollar amounts listed on theplutostudio.com are in United States dollars (USD). The Pluto Studio, Inc. accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to discontinue acceptance of credit cards from one or more issuers at any time.

To register and place orders for products and services with The Pluto Studio, Inc., you must provide a valid, authentic, and current credit card, which you are authorized to use. By submitting your credit card information, you represent and warrant that the card details provided are accurate, current, and authorized for use. Should your credit card become invalid, expired, or unauthorized for use, you agree to immediately provide updated and valid credit card information.

Certain electronic transactions may require additional processing time beyond standard credit card authorization. If extended processing is necessary, you will be notified, and this may impact your estimated delivery date.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all product and service orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement. Payment must include authorization to charge the credit card on file or a valid credit card provided at the time of the order. If a new credit card is provided, it will be added to the payment methods kept on file, but previously provided cards will not be assumed invalid. If your credit card payment is declined, refused, or unauthorized, The Pluto Studio, Inc. reserves the right to cancel your order without notice or liability.

For any modifications to an existing order that result in additional charges, the added cost will be applied to the credit card used for the original transaction or to an alternate card you provide at the time of the changes.

If an alternative payment method is agreed upon and payment is not received within seven (7) business days of the due date, you irrevocably agree that The Pluto Studio, Inc. may charge the outstanding balance to any credit card you have on file with us.

For assistance or questions regarding payment, please contact us at customer.service@theplutostudio.com.

If you encounter an issue with your print job, please contact us in writing at customer.service@theplutostudio.com within six (6) business days of receiving your order. If we do not receive notification within this timeframe, we will assume the order was satisfactory, and no refunds or reprints will be issued.

Resolution Process

  • Once a resolution is approved, a Customer Service representative will contact you to confirm within 24-48 hours. If we do not receive confirmation from you within five (5) business days of our initial contact, we will consider the issue resolved, and no reprint or refund will be issued.
  • If required, you must return the entire original print order within 15 calendar days of the approved resolution. Failure to return the product may result in charges being applied to the credit card on file.

California Transparency in Supply Chain Act of 2010

The Pluto Studio, Inc. (“The Company”) is committed to ethical business practices and making efforts to ensure that its supply chain is free from forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and slavery. In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB657), which requires manufacturers and retailers to disclose efforts to combat human trafficking and forced labor in their supply chains, we provide the following information regarding our practices.

Overview of Supply Chain Compliance

The Pluto Studio, Inc. primarily operates within the United States and complies with all relevant U.S. laws and regulations regarding labor practices, including those aimed at preventing forced labor and human trafficking.

Under Section 1714.43 of the California Civil Code, manufacturers are required to disclose their practices in five specific categories:

  1. Verification: The Pluto Studio, Inc. does not currently follow a formal policy for verifying supply chains to evaluate and address risks related to forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and slavery. However, we remain vigilant and committed to addressing such issues should credible risks or concerns arise within our direct supply chain.
  2. Audits: While we do not currently conduct formal, regular audits of our suppliers to evaluate compliance with anti-trafficking and forced labor standards, informal inspections or observations may occur as necessary. If credible evidence of trafficking or forced labor involving a direct supplier comes to our attention, we will act decisively, including conducting unannounced audits.
  3. Certification: We require our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate. However, we do not currently have a formal policy requiring suppliers to independently certify that materials incorporated into their products comply with anti-trafficking and forced labor laws.
  4. Accountability: The Pluto Studio, Inc. does not currently maintain a formal internal accountability policy for employees, contractors, or suppliers who fail to meet company standards regarding forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and slavery. Nevertheless, our employees and contractors are expected to adhere to ethical practices and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  5. Training: We do not currently provide formal training on issues related to forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, or slavery for employees or management directly responsible for supply chain oversight. However, we require all employees to conduct business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws.

Commitment to Ethical Practices

Although we do not currently have formalized policies or procedures in these areas, The Pluto Studio, Inc. is committed to continuously improving its efforts to ensure that our supply chain remains free of forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and slavery. As our business evolves, we will strive to implement additional measures and practices that align with this commitment.

For any questions regarding this disclosure, please contact us at customer.service@theplutostudio.com.
